Improve Your Rating

Some of the key ways your facility can improve its star rating is to improve health inspection outcomes, stabilize staffing, and work on the Quality Measure and CASPER Report.

Health Inspections

  • Identify any areas of concern through QAPI (quality assurance and performance improvement) process including identifying the initial cause of other contributing factors.
  • Perform thorough compliance reviews to validate any POC (plan of correction) remains in place on a consistent basis.

We help your facility identify how your staff thinks and behaves, as well as why your facility functions as it does. We believe that careful diagnosing of behaviors throughout the organization will create capability for your facility to overcome barriers and ensure leadership is accountable for change. LNCS offers a unique combination of clinical, regulatory, operational, and educational expertise geared toward the delivery of resident surveys and is designed to comply with CMS.
